The property is located in a quiet residential street, close to the beautiful beach of Skala Eressos and at short stroll from the center of town, with it's picturesque square and the beach promenade with bars and cozy taverns.

This lovingly run property has 5 apartments and 2 studios spread over 2 floors.

Studios for 2 people: Approximately 20 sqm. Living room, kitchenette, shower, balcony and Air conditioning.

Apartments for 2-4 persons: size about 40 sqm. Spacious combined living room with 2 beds, separate bedroom, kitchenette, shower and balcony or terrace, and Air conditioning in the living room.

Room cleaning 5x, change of towels 2 times, linen 1x per week.
