The studios have an elevated bedroom-lounge, private bathroom with hot water 24 hours a day, a kitchen totally equipped (fridge, cooker, sink, cupboards, household utensils) , telephone for direct calling (internal-external lines), TV set, music and air-condition.

The apartments have two bedrooms, lobby, separate kitchen (totally equipped), a dining-room and bathroom. All the apartments and the studios have verandas with the view of the sea - from the front - and of the pine forest -from the back side.
